Rental Terms

By reserving a golf cart with us, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions regarding your rental:

1. The lessee will inspect vehicle and will return the above in the same condition as prior to use or pay
to have vehicle restored.
2. Speed limit on Harbour Island is 15 MPH.
3. Vehicle will not be driven on the beach.
4. Vehicle will not be driven on any off roads
5. Vehicle will only have 4 passengers when driven.
6. The vehicle will return with the same level of gasoline when you first received it. You will be given
this information prior to the rental.
7. The vehicle must be driven by a person that is 25 years and older and has a valid driver’s license.

The lessee understands that if there are any infringements with the above rules, the owner is liable to confiscate the vehicle. Additionally, the lessee understand that the golf cart is covered by third party insurance.

By renting a golf cart from us, you agree to be bound by these terms for the duration of your rental period, which extends to the entire time that you have possession of the golf cart.

You may receive a waiver outlining the aforementioned terms by email or on arrival to Harbour Island for signature.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans change, and unforeseen circumstances arise during travel. Our cancellation policy is designed to offer flexibility, and we encourage you to get in touch with us if you need further assistance or have any questions:

Your booking is subject to free cancellation up to 2 days before your reservation date, regardless of pick-up time (e.g. if you have reserved your cart for March 20th, you must cancel by March 17th at 11:59PM EST to avoid a cancellation fee).
